Updated audio drivers. Version 1.82 is out. I really don’t like that Realtek doesn’t keep a good release history to see what’s new or changed. Anyway, here they are.
Unattended usage:
setup.exe -s -f2<path\LogFile> -z[-rp<path\LogFile>]
example:
setup.exe -s -f2C:\mylog.log -z[-rpC:\RHDSetup.log]

Here comes an update for the Catalyst drivers.
I havent tried this new version to see if there is something important to talk about. However, in the release notes there are various applications and game issues that are fixed.

A new version has been released. I always get them to keep my audio updated with the latest version available.
If you experience problems with drivers, use Guru 3D Driver Sweeper after you have uninstalled your current drivers to clean the system before installing the new ones. You can do this right in you windows session or in Safe Mode.
Unattended usage:
setup.exe -s -f2<path\LogFile> -z[-rp<path\LogFile>]
example:
setup.exe -s -f2C:\mylog.log -z[-rpC:\RHDSetup.log]

Here comes another update for Nvidia drivers. This version is final and has WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Labs) certification which means that this drivers are signed and are approved by Microsoft.
However, the latest Beta version 169.04 is still recommended for Crysis Single-Player Demo and for TimeShift. If you have this games, use the latest Beta.
You can read the release notes for each driver version to see the list of fixed issues and remaining issues that have to be fixed in a later release.

I just saw at FileForum that Nvidia has released a new set of drivers for both Vista and XP.
This drivers are WHQL Candidate as stated on Nvidia’s download page so i think they are not a Beta release.
The Download Drivers page at Nvidia’s website doesn’t show them either as Beta or Final but you can get them at the link below.
Maybe Nvidia didn’t rolled them out because they are waiting to get them WHQL certified but I’m trying them since the last beta released had some odd behavior on some games.

This is an useful tool for cleaning drivers. Many vendor installers detect if previous versions of its drivers are installed before installing the new ones but always there are some files or registry entries left.
It is recommended to uninstall previous drivers, reboot then install the new ones.
With Driver Sweeper you can clean Nvidia, ATI, Realtek, AGEIA, Creative and Microsoft drivers before you install their latest drivers.
There is a build without an installer so you can take it with you.
