I know, but I’m reluctant to make a new installer for the newer versions until they add the ability to save the size and position of the columns in the interface. I hate to manually set them the way I like every time I restart the computer or close the application.

It is unacceptable that Orbit is lacking this, since it is a pretty basic setting. I keep trying every update version to see if they have fix it.

I don’t know, but it is certainly a mistake from their side.

I am running Windows 7 x86.
Even if I do not pin it to Taskbar and skype is on, it still remains expanded.
Why would they do that all of a sudden?

@Mikhail It does not disappear. At least in Windows 7 x64. They need to add support for Windows 7 Super Bar so people can ditch the tray icon and pin it there, or choose not to pin it and use the try icon instead.
