Also, see if the shortcut you are launching it from doesn't have any parameters. The path must be without any parameters. You can run it in No-Addons mode with this: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff One last thing, try restoring the default configuration in Internet Options and reinstall all your addons.
