Foxit Reader is a free PDF viewer that supports many features that only the paid version of acrobat has, such as commenting, marking object and more.

It loads faster than Adobe Reader but the real downside is that it doesn’t display complicated PDF files well sometimes. But given that it is free and fast, if you view PDF files only from time to time, give it a try.
