It still runs impacting startup and after tot he point my screen seemed to be locked... was tying up resources big time. I turned off Indexing to all drives, made sure Indexing Services was disabled (doesn't use it as mine was already disabled) removed any indexing targets including Outlook Express from W. Rebooted and it started indexing again. Don’t install it as it slows down XPSP3 even if all of your drives indicate not to index.
